CNC Fiber Laser Cutting
Onedown Fabrication posses a 6kw CNC Fiber laser with the capabilities to cut up to 25mm mild steel. We have a variety of stock on hand so turn around times are kept to a minimum. Our friendly staff are on hand ready to quote jobs and get them back to you in a timely manner.
We also cut all our own weld tables and other products in house for the best quality control. Starting from a raw product consisting of Australian made blue scope steel, forming into a strong and practical product.

Welding and Fabrication
Onedown Fabrication only use the best welding machines (Kemmpi) to produce the highest quality welding. These machines are capable of fine tuning to the finest detail to ensure maximum strength is obtained with consistency throughout the weld.
We cover a variety of fabrication from aluminum to steel and even brass and stainless. Our expertise includes everything from brazing thin metals to substantial sized fillet welding on carbon steels. Cast aluminium is often frowned upon when repairing but we will give it a shot before it is deemed for the scrap heap.
